SUMMARY OF ADMISSIONS
Vaccination Requirements: As part of our admissions, we require written verification of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian. All vaccine records must be submitted prior to your pet's reservation being made. Cancellations: Major holidays have a specified minimum reservation and must be guaranteed by a credit card. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance or client will be charged for the minimum reservation. Extended Stay Advantage: Guests with extended stays longer than ten consecutive nights receive a 10% discount on nightly rates for the duration of their stay. Parasite Free Environment: The Resort is dedicated to keeping guests flea and tick free. Any guest that is found to have external parasites upon entry will be treated at the owner's expense. Also, to reduce our guests risk of exposure to internal parasites we require a current fecal examination. Medications: All medication must be in its original container with the prescribing veterinarian's label indicating the name of the medication, dosage and frequency. General Boarding Information: Guests may bring one bed or blanket and one toy. We provide Science Diet Adult pet food; you are welcome to bring meals in labeled, individually portioned plastic containers or bags. All medications must be in their original container. Please refer to Greenbelt's "Admissions Policies and Procedures" for more information and complete requirements. We will be happy to mail or fax you a copy upon request.

Resort Check-In: Resort Check-Out: NOTE: Early arrivals and late departures will be accommodated; however, if necessary, pets will be placed in temporary quarters to facilitate those guests checking in or checking out as scheduled.
