Paula has worked in customer service for many years, and her experience has been a wonderful asset for the hospital. As lead receptionist, she takes excellent care of clients and patients. In addition, she is in charge of accounts receivable and has numerous other duties in helping the doctors with day-to-day operations. Paula's dedication and sincerity is admired by all those that work with her. Her family includes Michael, Amanda, Christopher, Timmy and one grandchild, Zachary. Special family members also include her four cats, Sammy, Sara, Carmen and Utah, and an adorable shih tzu, Bruce. |
After spending several years as a busy stay-at-home mom and community volunteer, Anna graduated from Midland College in May, 2008. Her passion for animals led her to GVH's fast-paced Receptionist team, and we're thrilled to have her. A hard-worker, Anna enjoys welcoming clients and making sure all our patients feel special. She and husband, Chad, have four children, Taylor, Ryan, Jacob & Hayden, and several pets: Prissy, a Chihuahua; Hunter, a Blue Heeler; Jolee, a Yorki, and two cats, Boo and Worm. With a special interest in history, Anna also enjoys reading, camping and travel. |

Lois will tell you her love for animals brought her to Greenbelt. How lucky for us it did! Her sincere passion for helping animals is only surpassed by her tender heart! Having been raised on a farm in Saskatchewan, Canada, Lois arrived in Austin, Texas, in 1996. With a secretarial background in oil & gas as well as legal, Lois found her way to Greenbelt in July, 2008. Her friendly personality is appreciated by clients, and patients quickly take to her comforting manner. When not taking care of her 7 dogs, 5 cats and 4 parrots, Lois loves to garden, cook, knit and crochet. But, most of all, she loves to rescue, care and rehabilitate all kinds of furry & feathered friends -- she has already rescued and fostered over 80 dogs!
