Authorization and consent is required for the veterinarians of Greenbelt Veterinary Hospital to perform in-hospital medical services including performing diagnostic and testing procedures, anesthetising and/or operating on a patient. Please click here for the required form if your pet is being admitted into our hospital for medical treatment or other veterinary services.
A pre-anesthesia blood chemistry panel is recommended for all pets prior to anesthesia. Please click here for more information and the required consent form.
